Electric upper mounted eccentric hemispherical valve PYQ940F
The electric upper mounted eccentric half ball valve PYQ940F fixes the metal ball crown on the eccentric ball, and opens and closes the valve through the 90 degree rotation of the eccentric crankshaft. The metal valve seat in contact with the sealing surface of the metal ball crown floats in the axial and radial directions to compensate for the fit between the ball crown and the valve seat. This valve is applied in industries such as petroleum, chemical, power, and metallurgy. The valve structure adopts the principle of eccentric wedge tightening, and achieves the purpose of locking, adjusting, and closing through the transmission mechanism. The sealing ring and ball crown are both metal surface ring hard surface contact seals. When the double core structure valve is opened, the ball is hidden in the valve chamber, with a large flow cross-section and the valve is not washed away, resulting in low flow resistance.
PYQ940F is a model of electric upper mounted eccentric hemispherical valve, where P refers to eccentric structure, Y refers to upper mounted assembly, Q represents ball valve, 9 represents electric drive, 4 represents flange connection, 0 represents hemispherical straight through, and F represents valve seat sealing material made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
